- Sweet Cream Cheese Filling
- Nutella (or chocolate)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/ 2 cup ricotta
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp strong coffee
- 1 tsp rum (optional)
