S’mores Martini’s

Ingredients
For the cinnamon-vanilla vodka:
1 bottle (750 ml) vanilla-flavored vodka
9 cinnamon sticks
For the martini:
Marshmallow cream, for the glass
Fine graham cracker crumbs, for the glass
Cocoa powder, for the glass
1 ounce Drambuie (honey-flavored scotch)
1 ounce chocolate liqueur (preferably Godiva)
Dash of chocolate bitters
2 ounces heavy cream
1 teaspoon honey
Toasted marshmallow, for garnish (optional)
Directions

Make the cinnamon-vanilla vodka: Pour the vodka into a jar; add the cinnamon sticks and cover. Store in a cool, dark place, shaking the jar every day or so, for 1 week. Strain; discard the cinnamon sticks.
Make the martini: Coat the rim of a martini glass with marshmallow cream (if it’s too thick for rimming the glass, mix with some water). Sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder on the marshmallow cream. Lightly toast the marshmallow rim with a kitchen torch.
Put 1 ounce of the cinnamon-vanilla vodka, the Drambuie, chocolate liqueur and chocolate bitters in acocktail shaker filled with ice; shake until frothy. Strain into the prepared martini glass. Rinse out the shaker and refill with ice. Add the heavy cream and honey and shake vigorously (without the ice) until slightly thick. Spoon the heavy cream mixture over the cocktail. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.

White Chocolate Peppermint Marshmallow Martini

2 peppermint candies, crushed
ice
1/4 cup vanilla vodka
1 tbsp peppermint schnapps
1/4 cup white chocolate liqueur
Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow topping then crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow topping on the inside of the glass. Place the glass in the freezer. In a shaker with ice, add vodka, schnapps and the liqueur. Shake until mixed. Pour into a prepared glass. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

2 peppermint candies, crushed

1 tbsp peppermint schnapps

1/4 cup white chocolate liqueur

Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow topping then crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow topping on the inside of the glass. Place the glass in the freezer. In a shaker with ice, add vodka, schnapps and the liqueur. Shake until mixed. Pour into a prepared glass. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint.


Vampire Kiss Martini

Ingredients
3 oz. Chilled Pinnacle “Whipped” Vodka or Vanilla VodkaStrawberry Sundae syrupPlastic vampire teeth as a garnish
Preparation
Rim a martini glass with the strawberry syrup. Drizzle some on the inside of the glass so it drips. Pour vodka into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into prepared martini glass. Add teeth on the side of the glass as a garnish.
Tips:
For best results, prepare your glasses ahead of time and freeze them with the sugar and syrup on them. Remove from freezer just before serving.

Vampire Kiss Martini

3 oz. Chilled Pinnacle “Whipped” Vodka or Vanilla Vodka
Strawberry Sundae syrup
Plastic vampire teeth as a garnish

Rim a martini glass with the strawberry syrup. Drizzle some on the inside of the glass so it drips. Pour vodka into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into prepared martini glass. Add teeth on the side of the glass as a garnish.

Cocktail in a Macaron: Rose Martini

Ingredients

For the macaron shells:
100g aged egg whites (age them for 4-5 days in a sealed jar in the fridge)
66g caster sugar
120g ground almonds
180g icing sugar
Edible pearl powder (optional)

For the ganache:
40g single cream
150g white chocolate
25g vodka
15g white crème de cacao
3g rosewater
Pink food colouring paste/gel (optional)

For the chocolate pink ribbons (optional):
A few square of dark chocolate (large ribbons only)
A few squares of white chocolate
Pink food colouring paste/gel
